Polytopia is a cycle of multimedia constructions that borrow the language of architecture and urban planning to generate speculative environments. Found objects, fabricated structures, moving mechanisms, light, video, and sound converge in imaginary districts where the boundaries between the public and the private, the organic and the mechanical, continually shift. Neither architectural models nor proposals for ideal cities, these constructions invite exploration of peculiar arrangements through which places, objects, and inhabitants shape and affect each other.
